Returns, made straightforward
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, by mail, at no cost to you. This applies to orders delivered anywhere in Nepal.
How it works
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to start a return.
- Returns are made by mail — we don't require a drop-off at a physical location.
- Return shipping is free on eligible items.
- Start a return from Returns & Orders in your account, or contact support with your order number if you need help.
Autoship orders
Items bought through Autoship follow this same return window. Cancelling a future Autoship delivery is separate from returning one that has already arrived — you can manage both from your account.
